How the model works
Shares are bought at the entry price including the purchase cost. Each year, the existing shares earn the assumed dividend per share after the deduction. The share price then grows at the assumed annual rate. Dividends are reinvested, if selected, and contributions are invested at year-end; new shares first earn dividends in the following year. Purchase costs apply to every purchase.
With reinvestment on, leftover cash joins the next purchase. With reinvestment off, dividends and rounding cash are held without interest, and each contribution is invested separately. Fractional shares are a mathematical option and may not be available through your broker. Wealth = share value + cash; no sale is assumed. Dividend cash remains part of wealth, so it is not counted twice.
Annualised return is the annual money-weighted IRR of the starting investment, year-end contributions and terminal wealth. With no contributions it equals CAGR. Inflation-adjusted wealth is terminal wealth divided by (1 + inflation)years. Every scenario uses the chosen security’s quote currency. For missing or foreign-currency dividends, enter a dividend assumption in the quote currency; no FX conversion is implied. Suspended listings cannot be modelled. The model excludes sale charges, taxes on disposal, liquidity constraints, spread, payment timing, corporate actions and changing dividend policies. The static snapshot does not update automatically.

Market data
All 39 closing prices, daily changes, last-trade dates, bids, offers and trading volumes are from the TTSE Daily Market Quote for 16 October 2026. Closing prices can differ from last-sale prices. The TTSE Composite Index closed at 987.78, down 0.23%. This is a saved research snapshot, not a live price service.
The daily page changes over time; use the dated bulletin to cross-check the saved closes. Check current quotes before relying on this snapshot. Coverage includes all 39 rows in six quote-page categories: ordinary, preference, second tier, SME, mutual funds and USD equity. MOV and CALYP are marked suspended. Blank bid/offer fields stay unavailable; blank daily volume is displayed as no trade recorded. A quote-date close can be carried forward from a much older last sale.
Definitions & limitations
Annual EPS: reported basic EPS for each latest verified annual period, in its native reporting currency. Figures are not mixed across share classes. Funds and preference shares do not use ordinary-company P/E. Missing or ambiguous EPS stays unavailable. Exceptional items and source inconsistencies are noted for each issuer. Annual P/E: closing price / annual EPS, displayed only for positive ordinary-share earnings in a matching currency. Dividend yield: verified regular dividend/share / closing price × 100, using the fiscal-year or trailing-payment basis stated in the source note. Suspended listings have no yield projection. Payout ratio: regular DPS / annual EPS × 100, only where their currencies match. NAV: fund net asset value per unit in the report currency, which may differ from its TTSE quote currency. No FX conversion is assumed.
Interim EPS change: interim EPS / the comparable prior-period EPS − 1. No partial-year EPS is annualised. A reporting-currency change prevents unverified comparisons across periods. Suspended listings and last trades older than 30 calendar days are explicitly marked; last-trade age is measured relative to the quote date. Bank total income is not directly comparable to industrial revenue. Different fiscal year-ends and reporting periods affect comparisons. Data are transcribed from public reports and rounded for display; the linked originals govern. Financial-source dates identify the reporting period and publication date where verified.
